Cereal Crusted Chicken Nuggets
A slightly more refined version of classic cereal-crusted chicken nuggets, featuring a honey mustard glaze for added flavor.

Chicken thighs-cut into 1 inch pieces

Buttermilk
1 tsp
Hot sauce
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Smoked paprika

A slightly more refined version of classic cereal-crusted chicken nuggets, featuring a honey mustard glaze for added flavor.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and add the Chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Cereal Coating ingredients.
- Remove Chicken from marinade and dredge in the Cereal Coating, pressing to adhere.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the Chicken nuggets in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While nuggets are frying, whisk together all Honey Mustard Glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove nuggets and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Brush with Honey Mustard Glaze and serve immediately.
