Equipment: 9x13 inch baking dish, Large pot, Large bowl, Skillet Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Add cooked Ramen Noodles to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Pour Ramen mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese and crumbled Bacon.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
  9. Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese, Optional Green Onions and Jalapeno before serving.
