Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients from the Dry Ingredients group.
- Cut in the cold Butter from the Wet Ingredients group using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the Buttermilk from the Wet Ingredients group until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Cheddar Cheese from the Cheese & Seasoning group.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While biscuits are baking, prepare the Garlic Herb Butter by combining all ingredients from the Garlic Herb Butter group in a small bowl.
- Brush the warm biscuits with the Garlic Herb Butter immediately after removing them from the oven.
