2 Yellow onions-thinly sliced
2 tbsp Dry sherry
1 tsp Thyme-freshly chopped

An indulgent bake featuring high-quality Wagyu beef, caramelized onions, a truffle aioli, and a blend of artisanal cheeses, all encased in buttery puff pastry.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Caramelize Onions: In a large skillet, cook Yellow onions over medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Deglaze the pan with Dry sherry during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Stir in Thyme.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all Aioli ingredients.
  4. In a large skillet, cook Wagyu ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
  5. Season with Sea salt and Black pepper.
  6. Unroll puff pastry and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Spread the cooked Wagyu beef mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  8. Top with caramelized Yellow onions.
  9. Drizzle with Aioli.
  10. Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese, Sharp white cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
