Equipment: Baking sheet, Oven, Large bowl, Small bowl, Knife, Cutting board Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Garlic powder, Paprika, Salt, and Black pepper.
  3. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While chicken is baking, prepare the BBQ Sauce by combining BBQ sauce, Honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, let it cool slightly and dice or slice it.
  6. Toss the diced chicken with the BBQ Sauce.
  7. In a large bowl, combine Mixed greens, Cherry tomatoes, and Red onion.
  8. Add the BBQ Ranch Chicken to the salad.
  9. Drizzle with Ranch dressing and top with Shredded cheddar cheese, Crispy fried onions, and Bacon bits.
  10. Serve immediately.
