Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Garlic powder, Paprika, Salt, and Black pepper.
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the BBQ Sauce by combining BBQ sauce, Honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, let it cool slightly and dice or slice it.
- Toss the diced chicken with the BBQ Sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine Mixed greens, Cherry tomatoes, and Red onion.
- Add the BBQ Ranch Chicken to the salad.
- Drizzle with Ranch dressing and top with Shredded cheddar cheese, Crispy fried onions, and Bacon bits.
- Serve immediately.
