Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, and Black pepper.
Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
While chicken is baking, prepare the BBQ Sauce by combining Ketchup, Apple cider vinegar, Brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Smoked paprika, and Chili powder in a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the Homemade Ranch Dressing by whisking together Mayonnaise, Sour cream, Buttermilk, Dried parsley, Dried dill, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, and Black pepper in a bowl.
Once chicken is cooked, let it cool slightly and dice or slice it.
Toss the diced chicken with the BBQ Sauce.
In a large bowl, combine Spring mix, Cherry tomatoes, and Red onion.
Add the BBQ Ranch Chicken to the salad.
Drizzle with Homemade Ranch dressing and top with Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, Crispy fried onions, and Real bacon bits.
