2 cloves Garlic-minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine Chicken with Olive oil, minced Garlic, Italian seasoning, Salt, and Black pepper. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let cool and slice.
  2. Make the Croutons: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss French bread cubes with Olive oil and Garlic powder. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce and Dressing. Toss to coat.
  5. Add Chicken, Croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
