Equipment: Large pot, Large saucepan, Colander, Garlic press or knife Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add Heavy Cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low and gradually add Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Romano Cheese, and Asiago Cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in Nutmeg and Black Pepper.
  7. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  8. Add the drained Pasta to the sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.
  9. Serve immediately.
