Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Calamari for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Dredge the marinated Calamari in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Fry the Calamari in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fried Calamari and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. While Calamari is frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining all Dipping Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Serve the fried Calamari immediately with the Dipping Sauce.
