1 lb Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 lb Linguine
1/2 cup Butter
6 cloves Garlic-minced
1/4 cup Dry White Wine

Instructions
  1. Cook Linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the melted Butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Pour in White Wine and Lemon Juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
  6. Stir in Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley, Salt, and Pepper.
  7. Add the drained Linguine to the skillet with the Shrimp and Sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  9. Serve immediately.
