Cheesecake Factory Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes
A premium version utilizing masa harina, queso fresco, and a homemade adobo sauce for a truly authentic and flavorful experience.

A premium version utilizing masa harina, queso fresco, and a homemade adobo sauce for a truly authentic and flavorful experience.
Instructions
- First, prepare the Homemade Adobo Sauce. Combine all Adobo Sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all Tamale Cakes ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each cake. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the cakes are cooking, prepare the Chipotle Cream Sauce. In a small bowl, combine all Chipotle Cream Sauce ingredients. Stir well to combine.
- Serve the warm tamale cakes with a generous dollop of Chipotle Cream Sauce.
