Instructions
Prepare Truffle Butter: In a small bowl, combine softened Unsalted butter and Black truffle oil. Mix well and set aside.
Heat Beef tallow in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add Wagyu ribeye to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until browned and slightly crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add Vidalia onion and Green bell pepper and Red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened and slightly caramelized, about 7-10 minutes.
Cook Fresh ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine Aged white cheddar cheese, Gruyere cheese, and Crème fraîche. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
Return the Wagyu ribeye to the skillet with the vegetables.
Pour the Cheese Sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine. Stir in Truffle Butter.
Add the cooked Ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the cheesesteak mixture.
Season with Garlic powder, White pepper, and Fleur de sel to taste. Serve immediately.
