  1. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Onion and Green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Ribeye steak to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Processed cheese spread and Milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the Cheese Sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Add the cooked Ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the cheesesteak mixture.
  8. Season with Garlic powder, Black pepper, and Salt to taste. Serve immediately.
