Instructions
  1. Melt Butter in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add Yellow onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add Sirloin steak and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add Green bell pepper and Red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine Sharp cheddar cheese, Provolone cheese, and Heavy cream. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the caramelized Yellow onion back to the skillet with the beef and peppers.
  7. Pour the Cheese Sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Add the cooked Ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the cheesesteak mixture.
  9. Season with Garlic powder, Smoked paprika, and Black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
