Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or zip-top bag and coat with the marinade. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the Sauce evenly over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine all Topping ingredients.
- Sprinkle the Topping evenly over the sauce-covered chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Check internal temperature of chicken is 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
