Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Steam Broccoli until tender-crisp. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese, Gruyere cheese, Nutmeg, Salt, and White pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine Broccoli and Cheese Sauce in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Melted butter. Sprinkle over the Broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
