Instructions
Prepare the Brioche Dough: Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk and eggs, mix until combined. Incorporate softened butter gradually. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 2 hours.
Make the Brown Butter Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until browned and fragrant. Add garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Cut the dough into 1-inch cubes.
Place the dough cubes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
