Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
- Add the shredded Hashbrowns to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the Cheese evenly over the hashbrowns.
- In a small bowl, combine the Corn flakes and melted butter from the Topping group. Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Cheese over the cornflake topping.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
