Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Add the shredded Hashbrowns to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the Cheese evenly over the hashbrowns.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the Corn flakes and melted butter from the Topping group. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Cheese over the cornflake topping.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
