Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté the diced Onions in a skillet with a little butter until softened and translucent. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Add the thawed Hashbrowns and sautéed Onions to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle both Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese evenly over the hashbrowns.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the Crushed corn flakes, Panko breadcrumbs and melted butter from the Topping group. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
