Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the Puff pastry-thawed on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  3. Place a small amount of Gruyère cheese-shredded and a piece of Prosciutto-thinly sliced on each square.
  4. Fold the squares diagonally to form triangles, pressing the edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, starting with a larger base and gradually decreasing in size towards the top. A star shape can be made at the top with extra pieces.
  6. Sprinkle the entire tree with Parmesan cheese-grated and Fresh thyme leaves.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the pastry is puffed.
  8. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze before serving.
