Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unfold the Puff pastry-thawed on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Place a small amount of Gruyère cheese-shredded and a piece of Prosciutto-thinly sliced on each square.
Fold the squares diagonally to form triangles, pressing the edges to seal.
Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, starting with a larger base and gradually decreasing in size towards the top. A star shape can be made at the top with extra pieces.
Sprinkle the entire tree with Parmesan cheese-grated and Fresh thyme leaves.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the pastry is puffed.
