Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown Ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the Jar of pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and Garlic powder to the browned beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, but slightly undercook them (about 2 minutes less than recommended). Drain well.
  5. In a bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese, Shredded parmesan cheese, and Egg. Mix well.
  6. Spread a thin layer of the Meat Sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Layer 1/3 of the Ramen noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/2 of the Cheese Mixture over the noodles. Top with 1/3 of the remaining Meat Sauce.
  8. Repeat layers: Ramen noodles, Cheese Mixture, Meat Sauce.
  9. Top with the remaining Ramen noodles and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
