Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown Ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add Diced onion and Sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Garlic-minced and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in the Jar of pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and Red pepper flakes to the beef and vegetables. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, but slightly undercook them (about 2 minutes less than recommended). Drain well.
- In a bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese, Shredded parmesan cheese, Egg, and Chopped fresh parsley. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the Meat Sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 1/3 of the Ramen noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/2 of the Cheese Mixture over the noodles. Top with 1/3 of the remaining Meat Sauce.
- Repeat layers: Ramen noodles, Cheese Mixture, Meat Sauce.
- Top with the remaining Ramen noodles and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
