Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add Onion and Bell Pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in Seasoning into the Ground Beef and vegetable mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Ranch Dressing Mix, Sour Cream, and Chives from the Ranch Filling group. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the browned Ground Beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Spread the Ranch Filling over the Ground Beef.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese from the Cheese group over the Ranch Filling.
  9. Top with Crushed Corn Chips from the Corn Chips group.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese over the Corn Chips.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
