Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add Onion and Bell Pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in Seasoning into the Ground Beef and vegetable mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Ranch Dressing Mix, Sour Cream, and Chives from the Ranch Filling group. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the browned Ground Beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the Ranch Filling over the Ground Beef.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese from the Cheese group over the Ranch Filling.
- Top with Crushed Corn Chips from the Corn Chips group.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese over the Corn Chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
