Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add all Flavor ingredients to the bowl and mix well, ensuring the cayenne pepper is evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Topping ingredients.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
