Chick-Fil-A Chicken Minis Casserole
A refined version of the classic casserole, featuring a buttermilk marinade and a slightly more complex sauce.

A refined version of the classic casserole, featuring a buttermilk marinade and a slightly more complex sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut chicken into small, nugget-sized pieces. Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in Buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
- In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the Egg Wash ingredients.
- Dip each chicken piece in the Egg Wash, then dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is baking, combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Slice mini buns in half. Spread Sauce on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Place a piece of cooked chicken on each sauced bun bottom.
- Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and the bun tops.
- Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
