Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season Chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise and BBQ sauce to create the Sauce.
- Assemble the bowls: Divide Mac and Cheese and Chicken between two bowls. Top with Baked beans, Corn, and drizzle with Sauce. Serve immediately.
