Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a shallow dish, combine flour, Panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Dredge Chicken tenders in the mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Place breaded Chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  7. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Set aside.
  8. In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, Honey, and smoked paprika to create the Sauce.
  9. Assemble the bowls: Divide Mac and Cheese and Chicken between two bowls. Top with Baked beans, Corn, and drizzle with Sauce. Serve immediately.
