Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced Chicken, chopped Bacon, steamed Broccoli, and sautéed Mushrooms.
  4. Pour the Sauce over the Chicken and vegetable mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the Panko Bread Crumbs and melted Butter.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole, followed by the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
