Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
A slightly refined version of the classic casserole, using fresh vegetables, a homemade ranch sauce, and a blend of cheeses.

A slightly refined version of the classic casserole, using fresh vegetables, a homemade ranch sauce, and a blend of cheeses.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced Chicken, chopped Bacon, steamed Broccoli, and sautéed Mushrooms.
- Pour the Sauce over the Chicken and vegetable mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the Panko Bread Crumbs and melted Butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole, followed by the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
