8 oz Bacon-sliced, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Onion-medium, diced
1 Bell Pepper-green, diced
1 cup Ranch Dressing-store-bought

Instructions
  1. Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet.
  2. Add Onion and Bell Pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Stir in cooked Bacon and Cheddar Cheese until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
