What You'll Need

Equipment: Baking sheet, Oven, Large bowl, Small bowl, Knife, Cutting board Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Chicken with Olive oil, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper.
  3. Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Let Chicken cool slightly, then slice or cube.
  5. In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
  6. In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce and sliced Chicken.
  7. Pour Sauce over the salad and toss to coat.
  8. Top with Croutons and serve immediately.
