Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season Chicken with Olive oil, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper.
- Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let Chicken cool slightly, then slice or cube.
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce and sliced Chicken.
- Pour Sauce over the salad and toss to coat.
- Top with Croutons and serve immediately.
