What You'll Need

Equipment: Baking sheet, Oven, Large bowl, Small bowl, Knife, Cutting board Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss French bread cubes with Olive oil and Garlic powder. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Season Chicken with Olive oil, Italian seasoning, Salt, and Black pepper.
  4. Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Let Chicken cool slightly, then slice or cube.
  6. In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
  7. In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce and sliced Chicken.
  8. Pour Sauce over the salad and toss to coat.
  9. Top with homemade Croutons and serve immediately.
