What You'll Need

Equipment: Bowl, Skillet or cast-iron pan, Cutting board, Knife Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp Olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add Onion and Bell peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened and slightly charred.
  3. Remove vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Add marinated Chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Return vegetables to the skillet and toss with Chicken. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Serve Chicken and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
