In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and submerge the Pork Chops. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
In a separate shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
Remove Pork Chops from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Dredge each chop thoroughly in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the breaded Pork Chops in the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).
Remove Pork Chops from the skillet and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
