Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, whisk eggs. In a third dish, place breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is fully coated.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Assemble the Sliders: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half. Spread a spoonful of Marinara Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a fried chicken piece on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Bake the Sliders: Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
