Chicken Salad Sandwich
A slightly more refined chicken salad sandwich with fresh herbs and a touch of Dijon mustard.

Cooked Chicken-shredded
1/2 cup
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper

A slightly more refined chicken salad sandwich with fresh herbs and a touch of Dijon mustard.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Add the shredded Chicken, Celery, Red Onion, Parsley, and Dill to the bowl with the sauce.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Slice the Croissants in half.
- Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly onto four slices of Croissant.
- Top with the remaining four slices of Croissant and serve immediately.
