2 cloves Garlic - minced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Chili Sauce: Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Onion and Garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Ground Beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Stir in Diced Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, Chili Powder, Cumin, and Smoked Paprika. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Slice the Hot Dogs.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Pasta, Chili Sauce, and Hot Dogs. Stir well.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Top with Sour Cream before serving.
