1.5 lbs Ground Chuck - 85/15 blend
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Salt

A step up from the standard version, using better quality ingredients and adding a caramelized onion element.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Prepare the Spicy Mayo by combining all Spicy Mayo ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Caramelize the Onions: Melt Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Yellow Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Brown Sugar during the last 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the Brioche Buns lightly.
  7. Spread Spicy Mayo on both halves of each bun.
  8. Assemble the burgers: bottom bun, Romaine Lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickle chips, cheese-covered patty, and caramelized onions. Top with the top bun.
  9. Serve immediately.
