Chili's Boneless Buffalo Wings
A step up from the classic, this version incorporates a buttermilk marinade for extra tenderness and a touch of cayenne in the breading for added heat.
In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
Dredge the chicken pieces in the breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
While the chicken is frying, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients and heat over low heat, stirring until melted and well combined.
Add the fried chicken to the saucepan with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately with Blue cheese dressing and celery.
