Instructions
Sous Vide Chicken: Season chicken breasts with Chicken ingredients. Vacuum seal and cook sous vide at 145°F (63°C) for 1 hour. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Heat over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is well combined.
Toss Chicken in Sauce: Add cooked chicken to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Make the Ranch Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together all Ranch Dressing ingredients until smooth.
Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine Filling ingredients. Add the buffalo chicken and drizzle with Ranch Dressing. Toss gently to combine.
