Instructions
Combine all Marinade ingredients. Marinate Chicken tenderloins for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat Duck fat over medium-high heat. Sear Chicken tenderloins until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables until softened and slightly caramelized, about 7-10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Add Butter to the skillet and melt. Add Garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Whisk in Crème fraîche, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, White pepper, Fleur de sel, and Black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
Add cooked pasta and sliced Chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat, ensuring the pasta is well-coated.
