Instructions
  1. Combine all Marinade ingredients. Marinate Chicken tenderloins for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat Duck fat over medium-high heat. Sear Chicken tenderloins until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables until softened and slightly caramelized, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Add Butter to the skillet and melt. Add Garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Whisk in Crème fraîche, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, White pepper, Fleur de sel, and Black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
  6. Add cooked pasta and sliced Chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat, ensuring the pasta is well-coated.
  7. Garnish with Green onions and serve immediately.
