Equipment: Large skillet, Large pot, Cutting board, Knife, Mixing bowl Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken with Cajun seasoning blend and Olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook Chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Add Butter to the skillet and melt. Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Whisk in Heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, White pepper, Salt, and Black pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta and sliced Chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with Green onions and serve immediately.
