Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken with Cajun seasoning blend and Smoked paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook Chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Chicken stock until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Heavy cream, Cajun seasoning blend, Garlic, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add bell peppers and Onion to the Sauce and cook until softened, about 7 minutes.
  8. Add cooked pasta and sliced Chicken to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
