Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated Chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Vegetables to the skillet with the Chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  4. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Serve Chicken and Vegetables in warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
