Chili's Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers

Boneless skinless chicken breasts

All-purpose flour
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Paprika

A simplified version of Chili's Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into roughly 1-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Remove chicken from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Pour the Sauce over the fried chicken and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
