Chili's Oldtimer With Cheese
A classic, comforting burger reminiscent of Chili's Oldtimer, made with readily available ingredients and simple techniques.
A classic, comforting burger reminiscent of Chili's Oldtimer, made with readily available ingredients and simple techniques.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- While patties cook, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Toast the Hamburger buns lightly.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun.
- Place lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bottom bun.
- Top with a cooked patty and a slice of Cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
