1 tsp Garlic powder

A premium take on the Oldtimer, featuring a custom spice blend, caramelized onions, and a house-made sauce.
Instructions
  1. To make Caramelized Onions: Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook slowly for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in brown sugar and balsamic vinegar during the last 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. While patties cook, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  5. Lightly toast the Potato rolls.
  6. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun.
  7. Place Butter lettuce, tomato, and caramelized onions on the bottom bun.
  8. Top with a cooked patty and a slice of Aged white cheddar cheese.
  9. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
