Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. While patties cook, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  4. Lightly toast the Brioche hamburger buns.
  5. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun.
  6. Place Iceberg lettuce, Beefsteak tomato, and red onion on the bottom bun.
  7. Top with a cooked patty and a slice of Sharp Cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
