Chili's Oldtimer With Cheese

A refined version of the classic Oldtimer, featuring a slightly more complex sauce and higher-quality ingredients.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- While patties cook, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Lightly toast the Brioche hamburger buns.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun.
- Place Iceberg lettuce, Beefsteak tomato, and red onion on the bottom bun.
- Top with a cooked patty and a slice of Sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
