  2. Prepare the Truffle Ranch Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together all Truffle Ranch Sauce ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Form the Burger Patties: Gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 equal patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Cook the Burger Patties: Grill or pan-fry the patties to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper internal temperature.
  5. Assemble the Burgers: Spread Truffle Ranch Sauce on both halves of the artisan potato buns. Place arugula and heirloom tomato on the bottom bun. Add the cooked patty, top with 2 slices of aged cheddar cheese, and pickled onions. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
