Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ranch Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine all Ranch Sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Onion Strings: Toss onion rings in flour. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry onion rings until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Form the Burger Patties: Gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 equal patties.
  4. Cook the Burger Patties: Grill or pan-fry the patties to your desired doneness.
  5. Assemble the Burgers: Spread Ranch Sauce on both halves of the buns. Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Add the cooked patty, top with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, and crispy fried onion strings. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
